What we collect and why.
When you contact NumiNova Yachts, we collect your name, email address, organisation and message. We also receive the limited technical information required to keep the form secure, including the outcome of the human verification check.
We use this information to respond, understand the proposed relationship and decide who within NumiNova should review it. We do not ask for client names, financial statements or transaction documents through the first website message.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and developing business, acquisition, leadership and partnership relationships. If a different legal basis is required for a later use, we will explain that before using the information for that purpose.
Access and service providers
Who may receive your information.
Your message may be read by NumiNova team members and professional advisers who need it to assess or answer the enquiry. Where another NumiNova company is better placed to respond, we may pass the message to that company.
We use specialist providers for website hosting, email delivery and abuse prevention. They process information for us under their own security and data protection obligations. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it or where this is necessary to protect NumiNova, another person or the integrity of the website.
Retention
How long we keep an enquiry.
We keep an enquiry only for as long as needed to respond and manage any relationship that follows. If no relationship develops, we normally delete the enquiry within 24 months. We may retain a limited record for longer where this is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Depending on where you live and why we hold the information, you may ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, object to its use or ask for it in a portable form.
